Baroness Classic Charters Yacht Catering Options
The MV Baroness is set up for guests to bring their own food and drinks, but there is a $300 service charge if you need our staff to heat or serve. Guests cannot enter the kitchen for safety reasons. Professional and licensed catereres are welcome. We have a full kitchen with plates, cutlery and platters available.
Baroness BBQ
If you are catering for large parties, the MV Baroness has a large BBQ. Bring your own steaks and snags and we will fire them up!
For a small extra charge, we can provide a BBQ Chef to save the host slaving over a hot stove.
Prawn Frenzy
Fresh from the local waters and straight off the trawler to your plate! For $50 a kilo, we buy in 3-kilo lots. Don’t forget the seafood sauce and the tartare! Eat them fresh or make a prawn salad. You can always throw a few on the barbie as well….
Licensed Bar
The MV Baroness has a liquor license and as such, we serve alcohol responsibly. Drinks start at $12 for all beers, wines, sparkling, ciders and basic spirits. A large range of delicious fruity cocktails are also available from $18.

HUGE loaded wedges – bacon, cheese, sour cream, sweet chilli sauce $50
Cheese Platter for 12 $185
Hot nibbles platter for 12 $185
Gourmet BBQ. includes 2 types of sausages, 2 meat kebabs, 3 gourmet salads and a selection of breads and condiments. $35 per head
Choice of luscous dessert cakes available for $55 each. Serves 8-10 people
